About Us:

Founded in 1958, Boise Rescue Mission Ministries is a nonprofit organization committed to meeting the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of homeless individuals and families living in Boise and Nampa. BRMM operates the River of Life Rescue Mission for Men, the City Light Home for Women and Children, the Valley Women's and Children's Center, the Rescue Mission Recovery Lodge, and the Sonrise Manor Transitional Christian Community. Services range from meeting basic needs for food, shelter, and clothing, to job training and search assistance, to counseling and addiction recovery. Please bring donations to the Boise Rescue Mission's main Ministry Center and Warehouse only; donations are not accepted at BRMM service facilities.

* Over-the-counter medications and vitamins (unexpired, unopened)
* Non-perishable food (unexpired)
* Adult backpacks
* School supplies
* Alarm clocks (working)
Items in Lower Demand:

We can also accept:
* Jewelry and accessories
* Handbags and purses
* Houseware items (dishes, glassware, cookware, etc.)
* Furniture (apartment-size)
* Antiques and collectibles
We Don't Accept:

* Damaged furniture
* Used baby toys, cribs, expired car seats, children's yard toys
* Medical equipment
* Outdated TV and stereo equipment
* Used mattresses
* Tires
